True North Debt is hiring! We’re recruiting qualified lead generators (call centre agents) to inform South Africans about the nation’s best debt-help system. You’ll help people get out of over-indebtedness and reach financial freedom.

Who is True North Debt?

True North Debt is an NCR (National Credit Regulator) registered company that assists people with excessive debt.

How You’ll Make a Difference

As a debt review lead generator, you’ll be responsible for collecting leads–people who need debt review–and informing them about the process, answering questions they have, and sending them the relevant documents.

You’ll make a huge difference in the over-indebteds’ lives, helping them see that there is light at the end of the tunnel.

Requirements

Since this role includes working with sensitive information, we ask that you have:

• Experience working as a debt review lead generator.
• iDocs literacy (a nice to have).

To qualify for this role, you must have debt review call centre experience.
